These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your use of the Airofit Australia online store at airofit.com.au and to any purchase you make from it. The store is owned and operated by MeWellness Pty Ltd (ABN 92 687 950 670) ("we", "us", "our"). By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. About us

Airofit Australia is a MeWellness store. MeWellness Pty Ltd is an Australian company based in Sydney that resells Airofit breathing training products in Australia. Airofit and related marks are trademarks of their respective owner.

2. Products and descriptions

We try to describe and display our products accurately. Colours and images may vary slightly from the physical product. Airofit products are general wellness and training devices. They are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. If you have a medical condition, please speak with a health professional before use.

3. Prices and payment

All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. We may change prices at any time, but the price shown at the time you place your order applies to that order. Payments are processed securely through Shopify and the payment providers shown at checkout. We do not store your full card details.

4. Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. Your order is accepted when we send a dispatch confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if a product is unavailable, a pricing error has occurred, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we will refund you in full.

5. Availability

All orders are subject to stock availability. If an item becomes unavailable after you order, we will contact you to offer a replacement, a wait for restock, or a full refund.

6. Shipping, returns and warranty

Delivery is covered by our Shipping Policy. Returns, refunds and warranty are covered by our Refund & Returns Policy.

7. Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that cannot be excluded.

8. Limitation of liability

Subject to section 7, and to the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of our website or products. Where our liability for a failure to comply with a consumer guarantee can be limited, it is limited to repairing or replacing the goods, or paying the cost of doing so.

9. Website use and intellectual property

You must not misuse our website, including by attempting to interfere with its operation or security. Content created by us on this website is owned by MeWellness Pty Ltd or used with permission, and may not be copied without our written consent.

10. Privacy

We handle your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. You and we submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
