Airofit Australia is operated by MeWellness Pty Ltd (ABN 92 687 950 670) ("we", "us", "our"). We respect your privacy and handle personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs). This policy explains what we collect, why, and how you can access or correct it.

1. Information we collect

Contact and order details – name, email, phone, billing and delivery addresses, items ordered, returns and order history.
Account details – login email and preferences if you create an account.
Payment details – payments are processed by Shopify Payments and our other payment providers. We do not store full card numbers.
Communications – messages you send us by email, phone or contact forms.
Device and usage data – IP address, browser, pages viewed and similar information collected through cookies and analytics tools.

We do not ask for health information. If you choose to tell us about a health condition when asking about a product, we use it only to answer your question.

2. How we use it

To process, ship and support your orders, returns and warranty claims.
To respond to enquiries and provide customer service.
To send marketing emails if you have opted in. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in every email.
To prevent fraud, keep our store secure and meet our legal obligations.
To understand how our website is used and improve it.

3. Who we share it with

We share personal information only as needed to run our business, including with:

Shopify, which hosts our store, and our payment providers;
Delivery partners such as Australia Post, so your order can reach you;
Email, analytics and advertising service providers acting on our behalf;
Airofit (the manufacturer) where needed to process a warranty claim;
Government or law enforcement bodies where required by law.

We do not sell your personal information.

4. Overseas disclosure

Some of our service providers, including Shopify, store or process data outside Australia (for example in Canada, the United States and the European Union). We take reasonable steps to ensure those providers handle your information consistently with the APPs.

5. Cookies

Our website uses cookies to keep your cart working, remember preferences, measure site performance and support advertising. You can control cookies through your browser settings; some features may not work if cookies are disabled.

6. Security and retention

We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, loss and unauthorised access. We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law (for example, tax records).

7. Access, correction and complaints

You can ask to access or correct the personal information we hold about you by emailing sales@mewellness.com.au. We will respond within 30 days.

If you have a privacy complaint, please contact us first and we will try to resolve it. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) at oaic.gov.au.
